I am 15 and recently i have lost quite a bit of weight. I still have moobs though. They aren’t saggy but they stick out. This makes me really self conscious. What is the best way to get rid of them? I currently play about 4 hrs of badminton a week, do 30 situps a night and use something strechy which i pull out to arms length. Also if I considered surgery how long would it take until I get better, how expensive is it, how long is the operation and how risky is it?

2: Power plates machines are really useful for this.
3: NEVER go for the surgucal quickfix. It will leave you far worse off.
Go buy a big ball at wal mart, I dont know if its a medicine ball but its the size of those big ones that they have in the big net, but its in the fitness category. Buy 2 dumbbells and lay on the ball and do chest exercises with them. Come all the way down on each side and go back up slowly. If you want to shed fat, then do light weights with faster reps, for muscle building, use more weight slower reps. Best of luck man, I had the same problem
do some chest exercises. that will firm them up some. most cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance companies so the total expense would be on your folks. getting better depends on how fast u heal and if there are any complications, infection etc. don’t know how long the operation is but u will be asleep so it really won’t matter. there is always a risk when u go under for surgery. the doc could give u all the facts if ur parents agree. hope this helps

situps & badminton isn’t doing much.
press ups will. my cousin doesn’t go gym or anything but he started out with 10 press ups every night then built it up to like 30 a night. now he has pecs of steele. That will get rid of your moobs.
