Bench press, bench press, bench press

Also do squats, they pump a lot of testosterone through your body…also follow this guide to naturally boost testosterone levels:

I’m curious as to what you mean when you mention testosterone supplements. Doctors no longer prescribe testosterone-like medications for gynecomastia. Many products that claim to elevate testosterone either don’t or increase T by such a meager amount that it won’t make a noticeable difference (such is the case for some prohormones- now illegal in the USA- or the supplement tribulus terrestris) Then there is DHEA, which can raise testosterone but can also raise estrogen.

Some men have fat on their chest (pseudo gynecomastia) which may look like breasts but the tissue is not composed of glandular tissue (true gynecomastia). Weight loss & exercise should help pseudo-gyne, whereas true gynecomastia will not be very responsive.
I’ve talked to some men with gynecomastia who reported estrogen-lowering drugs reversed gynecomastia, but most docs won’t prescribe them for that purpose.

Bench pressing (from all angles- flat bench, decline, incline- & various grips- narrow, wide, etc.), flies, cable crossovers, push-ups, pull-overs, etc. should help you build a stronger chest & lose body fat. Current studies don’t support spot exercise (targeting a body part for more fat loss than others), but I have found that it helps. Muscle preferentially directs nutrients to itself, diverting them away from fat, & contributes to fat loss. Building a muscular chest would be the cheapest way to go.

I’d say keep losing weight and you will look OK. It can be an embarrassing problem. I sympathize.
