What is a good exercise to lose man boobs?

I’m not really a fat guy. I’m 6’2 and 210 lbs. My belly could be better but for some reason I have man boobs. It doesn’t seem to matter how much wieght I gain or loose I still have these damn boobs

    You just have to do aerobic exercise to lose weight.. you cannot target weight loss.

    Sometimes it is genetics.. no matter how much a man weighs he will still have boobs. It’s called gynecomastia.

    Sometimes it is another medical condition, medications.. etc.

    The only 2 options are weight loss and surgery :(

    I’m sorry to tell you that target toning is a myth. If I wanted smaller thighs, for instance, there are few exercises I could do to slim them. It would take exercises plus a lot of cardio and dieting to loose weight and cut them down.

    For you, stick with cardiovascular exercises that incorporate upper body movements. Elliptical trainers, rowing machiens and walking with poles can help. If you want specific exercises, push ups, bench press, incline bench, decline bench, and flys can all help conceal the appearance of the man boobs. Be sure to work on your back as well because one side cannot build effectively without the support of the other.

    And there’s always a “bro” if you need it. :)
