Im not that overweight. I mean I have a slight gut, but I can hide that. Im 15 and I have these anoying man boobs. what is the best and fastest way to loose just them? can anyone help?

    cardio, then workout ur chest and deltoids

    Jump up and down and let them hit u in the face a couple hundred times. The energy you use to jump that many times should be good enough of a workout to burn them off. Or Liposuction. Or buy a bra and just live life on the edge.

    Diet and exercise. And I don’t mean diet as in, go on a diet. I mean diet as in, change the way you eat. Eat fewer empty calories and less sugar. Cut out soda completely. Say goodbye to junk food for life. Eat LOTS of vegetables and lean meats along with good fats like nuts and avocados. You’ll get used to it and stop missing the sugar and grease before too long.

    For workouts, go on a push-up program like the one at hundredpushups.com at the very least. That might give your pecs some definition.

    Unfortunately, there is no way to “spot burn” fat. People add and lose fat differently. Your man-boobs might be the last fat you burn, so there’s no easy fix. If making these kinds of changes isn’t worth it for you, then get used to the man boobs. Personally I’d recommend setting a plan and sticking with it. As a former sedentary person who has gotten in shape, I can tell you it is worth it.

    First off, please ignore the negative comments – I applaud you for asking and being willing to take steps to get in shape. Keep in mind, part of this could be puberty – are you saying that you are developing breasts or just your are adding some fat in your breast tissues and they are starting to look like “man boobs”? I remember when I was 15 and how insecure I was with how I looked – I had some extra fat – not a lot – and I still got teased in PE class. I wish that someone would have given me advice on how to get in shape rather than just taking shots at me!

    That said, honestly, the most helpful resource I have found in receont memory for getting in shape is Mike Geary’s “Truth about Abs” website and his newsletter. (The simple truth is that you can’t just get rid of man boobs by doing pushups anymore than you can get a six pack by doing crunches. The site doesn’t focus on ab exercises at all and goes after the myth that you can “spot tone” and get rid of fat on your chest, stomach, thighs by working out – instead you need to look at your activity level, your diet, and your lifesytle choices).
